Navasana




Navasana is also called a boat pose. 

  • Lay down on the carpet, as your back on the ground. 
  • Place your hands on your thighs. 
  • Lift your legs, hands, and your head together above the floor. 
  • Keep in the position for at least 30-60 seconds.
