Yoga is an art that makes you know about yourself!!
In this blog, I am writing the basic yogasana. These yogasana are regularly practised by many people and they find many changes in their life both physical and mental well-being. Many people getting well from their illness after practising yogasana regularly. You can be more aware of yourself if you practice these simple poses also other mindfulness techniques.
Yoga is a technique of mind over body!
How often do you listen to your breath or your heartbeat in a day? Mostly the answer will be zero, these are reflexes that used to go on. While we do every yoga pose, we should continuously listen to our breath and have to focus on the part of the body for which the asana is centred. The complete benefit of any asana can be obtained by synching your mind towards your body with a focus on the breath.
Yoga is a technique to see inward!
Yogasanas rejuvenates the body by supplying oxygen-rich air. It reduces stress both from the body and the mind. How do you usually control any tool? You give focus to control it right. The body is a wonderful tool too, with the help of which we operate. It should be a regular practice to regularly maintain and monitor our bodies. With help of yoga, one can monitor the body functions such as breathing and heartbeats. These two regulates the body and most sickness(mostly heart related, see how!) can be cured by regulating these two.
Asanas lubricate muscles, joints, ligaments, and other parts of the body. Also, it increases flexibility and at the same time reduces the stress in the body. As we harmonize the asana with breath mind stress can also be reduced.
