Steps:
  • Sit on the carpet in Lotus position. Now fold your hands in Aadi mudra. 
  • Place your hands above the kidneys. Bend forward and try to place your forehead to the ground. 
  • Keep the position for 20 seconds - 2 minutes and relax from the asana.

Harmonizing breath

While leaning exhale gradually, after final position takes abdominal breathing. While relaxing, inhale the breath gradually.

Concentration

Make your concentration mainly on your kidneys.
